void establish_components(IORInfo info)

服务器端ORB在establish_components将包含在对象引用的配置文件或配置文件中的组件的列表时，会在所有已IORInterceptor的establish_components实例上调用establish_components操作。 对于每个单独的对象引用不一定要调用此操作。 在POA的情况下，每次调用POA :: create_POA时都会调用此操作。 在任何情况下， establish_components保证每个不同的服务器策略集至少被调用一次。

establish_components的establish_components不能抛出异常。 如果是这样，ORB将忽略异常，并继续调用下一个IOR Interceptor的establish_components操作。
